UNIALFATEC held a general pedagogical meeting with the teachers of the Nursing Technician course this Wednesday (February 4th), continuing the academic planning for the 2026/1 semester.
The meeting brought together professors who are already part of the faculty and new professionals, with the aim of aligning pedagogical guidelines, presenting institutional workflows and academic systems, and strengthening the integration between the teams responsible for the technical training of students.
During the meeting, essential points for the start of the semester were addressed, such as the organization of theoretical and practical activities, the use of institutional systems, academic routines, and pedagogical expectations, considering the specificities of nursing education and the demands of the health field.
This initiative reinforces UNIALFATEC's commitment to quality technical training, based on planning, faculty integration, and institutional alignment, ensuring that teachers are prepared to offer a coherent, confident, and professionally relevant approach to the demands of the field.
With actions like this, UNIALFATEC reaffirms its commitment to preparing for the academic semester and training qualified professionals to work responsibly, technically, and ethically in the healthcare sector.
