On Thursday, September 4th, UNIALFA held a Study Techniques Workshop, with activities at the Mutirão, T-1, and Perimetral campuses. The initiative, themed "Learning to Learn: Understanding Your Way of Studying," focused on developing strategies to improve students' academic routines.
The workshop aimed to help participants reflect on their own study habits, identifying more productive, organized, and efficient ways to learn. During the activity, topics such as academic performance, procrastination, planning, time management, and autonomy in the learning process were addressed.
Strategies for studying better
More than presenting ready-made techniques, the workshop invited students to understand how they learn and which strategies might be best suited to their reality. The idea was to show that studying can become lighter and more efficient when there is method, consistency, and awareness of one's own learning process.
The activities were conducted by different professionals in each unit. At the Mutirão Unit, the workshop was held with Admaicon Barros. At the T-1 Unit, the meeting took place with Keyla F. Aveline. At the Perimetral Unit, the activity was carried out with Daiany Souza.
Support for academic career path
The Study Techniques Workshop reinforces UNIALFA's commitment to supporting students throughout their university life. By offering spaces focused on guidance, organization, and the development of academic skills, the institution helps students build a more conscious study routine aligned with their goals.
For UNIALFA, initiatives like this strengthen the comprehensive education of students, supporting not only classroom performance but also the development of autonomy, discipline, and confidence to face the challenges of higher education.
