
UNIALFA hosted the inaugural lecture for the new class of the Professional Master's Program in Administration (MPA), comprised of professionals affiliated with the Regional Labor Court (TRT), reinforcing the institution's role in providing high-level training for the public sector.
The meeting was held at the Bueno (Mutirão) unit and marked the beginning of the program's academic activities, bringing together students, coordinators, and faculty for a moment of integration and institutional alignment.

The group is composed of professionals who work at the Regional Labor Court (TRT), which demonstrates their pursuit of advanced qualifications and constant updating in the face of contemporary demands in public administration.
During the opening lecture, the course structure, academic guidelines, and the functioning of the subjects were presented, in addition to the program's objectives in training managers with strategic vision, analytical capacity, and evidence-based performance.

The event was led by the course coordinator, Professor Pedro Henrique Rodrigues de Sousa, along with the faculty, and the Director of the School of Business, Health and Polytechnics at UNIALFA, José Eduardo de Miranda, who highlighted the importance of stricto sensu postgraduate studies for professional development and for improving management in public institutions.
The event also provided an opportunity for integration among the participants, strengthening academic ties and engagement with the master's program.
