UNIALFA held the inaugural class for its Executive MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management this Thursday, June 11th, at Unit T-1. The meeting featured Professor Jení Carla, who led a current and practical discussion on the main challenges in the field.
With the theme "Main labor updates, impacts of Digital Government and the strategic positioning of the Human Resources professional in organizations," the activity promoted reflection on the transformations that have been impacting the routine of HR professionals, especially in light of legal, technological and operational changes in the world of work.
During the opening lecture, topics related to updating labor legislation, the effects of digitizing government processes, and the need for increasingly strategic action on the part of professionals responsible for labor routines, legal obligations, people management, and organizational relations were discussed.
The MBA program aims to contribute to the training of professionals prepared to work in a technical, analytical, and strategic manner, keeping up with market demands and strengthening the role of the Human Resources department within organizations.
The inaugural class marked the beginning of the course activities and reinforced UNIALFA's commitment to executive education connected to changes in the corporate environment, innovation in management processes, and the qualification of professionals for the current challenges in the field.
