From September 22nd to 26th, UNIALFA will hold its Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT 2025), an event dedicated to raising awareness about health, safety, and quality of life in the workplace. The program includes lectures, interactive activities, and moments of reflection that reinforce the institution's commitment to its employees.
The opening took place this Monday (22), with two lectures that marked the beginning of the activities. In the morning, remotely, participants had the opportunity to learn about ergonomics and the importance of adapting the body and the work environment to avoid injuries.
In the afternoon, at the Perimetral Unit, the topic was first aid, taught by military firefighter Soldier Farias, with guidance on practical care in case of emergencies.
Throughout the week, other meetings will be held, always with the purpose of guiding and motivating employees to adopt safer and healthier behaviors, offering a protected work environment and valuing those who are part of the academic community.
