UNIALFA is holding a special program this Friday (6) to celebrate International Women's Day, bringing together female employees from the institution's different units for moments of integration, recognition and reflection.
Activities include breakfast to welcome participants at the Perimetral, T-1, Mutirão, and Colégio ALFA units. The program also includes a special lunch at FADISP, as well as snacks offered at the distance learning centers.
As part of the commemorative activities, an online lecture will be held on the theme "Real Women, Real Strengths: the courage to be whole," promoting a space for dialogue about female empowerment, contemporary challenges, and the importance of valuing women in society and in the professional environment.
During the event, female employees also receive tributes and gifts in recognition of their contribution to the development of the institution.
This initiative reinforces UNIALFA's commitment to valuing women and building an institutional environment based on respect, equality, and recognition of the female role in education and society.
