UNIALFA is providing guidance to students regarding the registration adjustment period for the 2026/1 semester.

UNIALFA has made available to its students a video tutorial for the 2026/1 Enrollment Adjustment process, along with a PDF guide – “TUTORIAL FOR ADJUSTING COURSES IN LYCEUM”, with detailed instructions for adding, dropping, or reorganizing courses in the Lyceum academic system.

This procedure is essential to ensure a schedule aligned with each student's academic plan. It is recommended to adjust the schedule preferably on a computer for greater convenience and efficiency.

Consult the schedule suggested by the coordination on the official UNIALFA website (ACCESS HEREIdentify the course, shift, and unit. Click to open the PDF with the necessary recommendations. After reviewing, the adjustment must be made directly on the Student Portal, using your registration number and password (CPF).

Before making any adjustments, the institution recommends that students carefully review their Academic Transcript, which lists completed, pending, and credited courses, as well as course hours and credits. This step is essential to avoid errors, such as enrolling in courses already completed or incompatible with their academic path.

The system organizes the subjects into three categories:

  • Mandatory curricular subjects;
  • Non-mandatory curricular subjects;
  • Qualification subjects or groups of subjects – elective or professionalizing.

UNIALFA emphasizes that it is the student's sole responsibility to correctly verify schedules, credits, course codes, prerequisites, and any potential schedule conflicts before confirming any adjustments. If necessary, prerequisite waivers or other academic requests can be made through a formal application, subject to review by the course coordinator.

For freshmen, the schedule is fixed, and in subsequent semesters, the guidance is to follow the course offerings defined by the program coordinator, ensuring compliance with the regular completion time. Transfer students or those holding a diploma must request credit transfer for their previous semester of enrollment.

After completing the adjustment, print or save the receipt with the enrolled subjects. If you have any difficulties, the student should contact the Relationship Center at (62) 9645-6625.

With these guidelines, UNIALFA reaffirms its commitment to academic organization, student autonomy, and transparency in institutional processes.
