UNIALFA held another event on Thursday (November 13th) aimed at promoting the health and well-being of the academic community. The Perimetral Unit hosted the "Vision Campaign," an initiative promoted by the School of Business, Health and Polytechnics in partnership with the Union of Nurses of the State of Goiás and with the participation of UNIALFATEC, through the Nursing Technician course.
From 8 am to 5 pm, students, faculty, staff, and visitors had free access to preventive eye exams, conducted to identify potential vision problems and provide guidance on essential eye health care. This initiative reinforces the importance of early diagnosis and regular professional follow-up, especially in an academic environment that demands constant attention and reading.
By bringing accessible and preventative healthcare services closer to the community, UNIALFA reaffirms its commitment to a comprehensive, humane education aligned with the real needs of its students. This initiative is part of the ongoing actions of the School of Business, Health, and Polytechnic aimed at promoting care, awareness, and quality of life within the institution.
