The VI National Meeting of Young Industrialists (ENAJI), promoted by the Federation of Industries of the State of Goiás (FIEG), through the FIEG Young Council, began this Wednesday (12) in Goiânia.

The event, which runs until this Friday (14), brings together young leaders and entrepreneurs from different regions of the country to discuss innovation, business succession and the paths to the future of Brazilian industry.
During the program, the President of the JOSÉ ALVES GROUP (GJA), José Alves Filho, gave a lecture entitled “Integrated Governance – Family, Corporate and Societal”. In his presentation, he highlighted the importance of integrating governance structures as a basis for sustainability, transparency and responsible growth of organizations.
The topic has gained even more relevance in light of the challenges faced by family businesses in the process of professionalization and continuity of operations.
When discussing governance practices that strengthen management and support secure succession processes, José Alves Filho emphasized how integrated models contribute to stronger, more innovative companies that are better prepared for the long term.
Featured Executive MBA

UNIALFA's participation in the event also included the presentation of the Executive MBA in Corporate, Succession and Governance in Family Businesses, from ALFA Executive Education.
The program, supported by José Alves Filho, was developed to empower executives, heirs, and managers to implement governance structures that reconcile tradition, modernization, and continuity in family businesses.
With an approach that combines applied theory and practical experience, the MBA prepares leaders to address topics such as strategic management, corporate governance, succession planning, shareholder relations, and organizational sustainability.
The presence at the VI ENAJI reinforces UNIALFA's commitment to contributing to the development of family businesses and to the training of leaders who drive the economy of Goiás and the nation.
