On February 2nd, UNIALFA kicked off its Academic Planning Week, bringing together approximately 100 faculty members for a program focused on institutional alignment, integration between areas, and preparation for the 2026/01 semester.
As part of the program, faculty members participated in the ALFA TOUR, an initiative that showcased the physical structure and main sectors of UNIALFA, providing a broad overview of the spaces, services, and processes that support academic activities.
The agenda was organized in an integrated manner by strategic teams from the areas of Human Resources and Personnel Department, Quality, Planning and Operations, Academic Secretariat, Information Technology, Marketing and Events, and Security, highlighting the joint action of the sectors in supporting teaching activities.
The Academic Directorate and Course Coordinators also played a key role in engaging the faculty, strengthening institutional and pedagogical alignment for the start of the semester.
With the Academic Planning Week, UNIALFA reaffirms its commitment to educational excellence, strategic planning, and valuing its faculty as pillars for quality education.
