The opening ceremony was attended by the Director of Executive Education at UNIALFA, Iyad Amado, and the Postgraduate team, reinforcing the institution's commitment to executive education aligned with market demands and contemporary management practices.

The students were welcomed with a coffee break, a moment that fostered integration among the participants and provided opportunities for networking and exchanging experiences, essential elements for executive education programs.

Following this, the first MBA class was taught by the course coordinator, Henrique Augusto Gonzaga, Director of Controllership at the JOSÉ ALVES GROUP Holding Company. During the class, the pedagogical proposal, the program's objectives, and the guidelines that will guide the students' development throughout the course were presented, highlighting the connection between theory, practice, and strategic decision-making.
