
On Monday (30), UNIALFA received representatives from the Regional Council of Nutritionists of the 1st Region (CRN1) for an institutional meeting aimed at aligning and strengthening the partnership with the institution's Nutrition course.
The meeting focused on expanding the integration between academic training and professional practice, bringing students closer to the guidelines, requirements, and opportunities in the field.

Representing CRN1 at the meeting were President Carolina Pina Camandaroba and Councilor and Inspection Coordinator Ana Júlia Rosa Barcelos Costa.
Representing UNIALFA were the director of the School of Business, Health and Polytechnics, Prof. Ph.D. José Eduardo de Miranda, the coordinator of the Nutrition course, Lionora Francisca de Oliveira Araújo, and the professor Pedro Henrique da Silva Duarte.

During the meeting, actions aimed at improving student training were discussed, with an emphasis on closer ties with the professional council and strengthening practices aligned with the area's regulations.
The initiative seeks to expand opportunities for practical learning, as well as help students understand, from their undergraduate studies onwards, the role of regulatory bodies in professional practice.
