On May 26th and 27th, UNIALFA held the 2026 edition of UNIALFA Experience, an initiative focused on career guidance and bringing high school students closer to the university environment.
Held at the Perimetral campus, the event welcomed over 4,100 students and 200 teachers from more than 40 schools in Greater Goiânia and the surrounding region, solidifying its position as one of UNIALFA's main institutional initiatives focused on fostering dialogue between secondary education, higher education, and the job market.
With the goal of transforming career choice into a practical experience, UNIALFA Experience provided students with an immersion in the institution's different areas of study. Throughout the program, participants were able to experience activities in the spaces of the Business, Health, Polytechnic, Law, and Psychology schools.
During the two-day event, 25 active experiences were conducted in laboratories and academic environments, bringing young people closer to professional practices, real-world challenges, and career possibilities. The program also included welcoming the accompanying teachers from the schools, reinforcing the educational relationship between UNIALFA and its partner institutions.
In addition to activities aimed at visiting students, UNIALFA Experience 2026 also included the participation of Colégio ALFA, which developed its own program marked by student leadership, creativity, and hands-on learning.
In this edition, students not only participated in the experiences, but also took part in organizing and conducting activities, making the program more dynamic, collaborative, and connected to the school reality.
With the support of the teachers, activities such as collage workshops, a mathematical treasure hunt, blood typing practice, and a themed escape room were carried out. These activities stimulated artistic expression, logical reasoning, contact with knowledge in the health field, strategy, cooperation, and group problem-solving, reinforcing the importance of placing students at the center of the learning process.
More than just presenting undergraduate courses, the event aimed to offer students a concrete experience of their professional future. The proposal stemmed from the understanding that choosing a career is one of the main challenges faced by young people and that practical experiences can contribute to more informed and confident decisions.
According to the institution, the Experience program was designed to allow students to explore different areas of knowledge before making a career choice, by interacting with professors, teaching assistants, laboratories, academic facilities, and interactive activities.
The event also had the support of partner companies and institutions, such as VITAMEDIC, GEO, TRUSTFUEL and ProBem, which contributed to the realization of the program.
With logistical organization, transportation, reception, security, and activities spread over two days, UNIALFA Experience 2026 reinforced the institution's commitment to a practical education, close to the reality of students and connected to the demands of the future.
This initiative reaffirms UNIALFA's role in the education and guidance of young people, strengthening access to information, relationships with schools, and the construction of more informed pathways to higher education.
