Prepare to be an agent of transformation of awareness of inclusion and ethnic, cultural, religious and sexual orientation diversity, assuming an important role in spreading respect for differences. The course addresses cross-cutting and specific themes in the area of education, such as the study of psychiatric and learning disorders, education of ethnic-racial relations, public education policies and Brazilian Sign Language (Libras).
The course is recommended for those who work in the education sector or are pursuing a degree in any school subject in the field of early childhood education, EJA (youth and adult education), primary, secondary and higher education. This course does not require any prerequisites in terms of technical knowledge.

Work in different sectors of education? as an educator, teacher, pedagogical coordinator or educational manager? recruiting theoretical and methodological tools that enable the professional to plan, execute and evaluate educational strategies that promote inclusive education, consider the diversity of the subjects involved in education and, thus, expand the notion of citizenship education.
Pedagogy graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, Psychopedagogy graduate from FABEC, Higher Education Teaching graduate from UNIALFA and FABEC, and MBA in Human Resources Management graduate from Estácio de Sá. Master's degree in Regional Development from UNIALFA. She is currently the coordinator of High School at Colégio Einstein and a professor of Pedagogy at Centro Universitário Alves Faria. She has experience as a teacher and manager in Basic Education and Higher Education, and Postgraduate studies as a teacher.
