TCCI ARCHITECTURE OF GASTRONOMIC SPACES

Gastronomic spaces are important elements for the city, where they become settings for various everyday events: celebrations, meetings, gatherings with friends and family, or simply a place to satisfy the basic human need to eat. Considering the context, the Final Course Project presented here discusses the proposal for a gastronomic space for the central region of the city of Goiânia, aiming to provide a better eating experience through architecture, making it a dynamic space for daytime and nighttime visitors. The methodology for structuring the project consists of descriptive and qualitative research, field research, mapping and bibliographical survey, as well as case studies. As a final result, the gastronomic space project seeks to enhance sociability, interaction and vitality for the urban space, respecting legal regulations and through architectural and construction techniques that enhance the user's experience of well-being.
