On Tuesday (06), the workshop “Student Enchantment Process” was held, part of the 2nd day of UNIALFA’s Pedagogical Week. The event, held at the UNIALFA Perimetral Library, brought together teachers and coordinators around educational dynamics aimed at improving the academic experience.
The coordinator of the Pedagogy course, Professor Rosimeire Fortuna, led a discussion on “Magical Experience: Academic Magnetism for Student Enchantment and Retention.” Fortuna emphasized the importance of creating a captivating teaching environment, stating: “We, teachers, have the magic of teaching.”
The workshop was part of a series of activities during Pedagogical Week, which seeks to train educators with innovative strategies to face the challenges of modern teaching.
