They delve into the fundamentals of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, understanding their real-world impacts and applications, especially in Human Resource Management 4.0. In this module, students experience Design Thinking and SPRINT in practice as powerful approaches to understanding complex challenges and creating innovative solutions in Human Resource Management. Using real-world case studies from companies that have transformed processes and experiences through these methodologies, participants learn to map needs, generate high-impact ideas, and rapidly test new possibilities. The module offers the opportunity to lead a complete SPRINT, prototyping original projects and applying innovative thinking in a structured, collaborative, and results-oriented way.

In this module, students understand the evolution of leadership theories and the role of the contemporary leader, learning to apply Situational Leadership as a practical tool to develop people and improve team performance. Based on four styles—Directing, Guiding, Supporting, and Delegating—participants learn to diagnose the competence, maturity, and motivation of their team members to make assertive decisions in different scenarios. The module delves into the 7 levels of delegation, showing how to delegate strategically, safely, and in a way that aligns with career development. With methods, techniques, and tools applicable to daily life, students learn to overcome the challenges of delegation, foster autonomy, strengthen accountability, and build more mature, responsible, and high-performing teams.
