Presentation

With the MBA in Advanced Hospital Management you will be able to:

  • Increase competitiveness in selection processes; 
  • coordinate health institutions; 
  • Take on positions in public and/or private health administration (at municipal, state or federal level);
  • Competently and skillfully coordinate user care production processes to ensure comprehensive and quality healthcare;
  • Know and understand the management system of the Unified Health System - SUS and the private network regarding administrative processes, bidding, contracts and agreements, resource management, project execution; 
  • Coordinate teams and develop health organization strategies; 
  • Use the tools presented in the course to help implement projects; 
  • Update knowledge and exchange experiences in the main areas of activity, following the principles of universality, equity, comprehensiveness and rationality of actions within the scope of the Unified Health System. As well as in light of market trends in the private sector, as it prepares the professional to assume leadership positions and solve problems.
