Understanding the context of organizations, understanding the identification of strategies and the developments in guidelines, objectives and key results with their performance indicators, which culminate in the identification of projects to be managed to comply with the guidelines.
Concepts and levels of innovation. The values and pillars of Design Thinking. Design Thinking application formats. Ideation. Prototyping. Testing. Evaluation.
Defining the scope of the project and product, from its initiation to the generation of deliveries, understanding the context to reconcile predictive, agile and hybrid scopes. Understanding how the sequencing and estimation of activities are carried out, for the preparation and control of the schedule.
Understanding quality management with planning, management and control, with a focus on meeting the expectations of the parties involved in the project. And in this process, understanding the management of resources that involves both people, materials and equipment that will be necessary to ensure deliveries within the defined quality standards.
Understanding cost and acquisition management as a tool capable of enhancing the process of continuous improvement and value creation through the analysis of not only processes, but the production chain as a whole. Understanding the management and control of acquisitions, and contractual instruments, as well as general aspects that imply the responsibilities involved and compliance.
Development of a communication plan with management and control of all project information. Understanding the importance of communications, including key features such as emotional intelligence and assertive communication that support conflict management, and optimize and improve communication in projects. This process also involves identifying stakeholders and defining strategies to ensure engagement and meeting expectations throughout the project.

Understanding what a Project Management Office is, how to implement and manage it, and maintain agile and lean governance. Understanding the context for the structure of the office that can serve agile, hybrid and traditional projects.
Develop the ability to better understand the wishes of the sponsor and other stakeholders, understanding their acceptance criteria to show more clearly and perceptibly the real value of delivering the project result, providing a better experience for the user and/or client.
Teaches how to manage the company's internal and market data, through strategic analyses to build project, program and portfolio indicators, enabling improved decision-making.
It teaches the basic concepts of AI, and how this technology can be integrated into project management practices to optimize processes and improve decision making.

She also works as a consultant, teacher, speaker, instructor and coach. She has a degree in Information Systems Management, a postgraduate degree with an MBA in Project Management and a specialization in Professional & Self Coach. She holds the following certifications: PMP®, DASSM®, PMO-AF, PMO-AP, PMO-CP®, and Scrum Foundation. Throughout her career, she has continued to develop her skills and experiences in various areas such as project management, strategic planning, innovation, process management, coaching, and leadership, and is an enthusiast of digital marketing.
