What will I be able to do after the course?

Construction management is a complex area that requires specialized technical knowledge, as well as management and leadership skills. The objective of the course is to provide students with a complete and comprehensive education in this field, enabling them to play a key role in the management of construction projects. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to manage construction projects safely, efficiently and with quality, contributing to the success of the projects and to the development of the construction sector.

Who is this course for?

This course is for you who are looking for training that will enable you to manage the main aspects involved in civil construction, such as materials, schedules, and people. This course is especially, but not exclusively, intended for professionals with degrees in civil engineering, architecture, production engineering, or other areas in which the professional is working or wishes to work in civil construction projects and works.

What are the objectives of this course?

This training aims to train professionals to effectively and efficiently manage civil construction works, considering human, material and temporal aspects. It aims to provide a vision related to the pillars of the relationship with the environment, occupational safety and quality.

What will I learn in this course?

Throughout the program, students will be introduced to the key aspects of construction management, from initial planning to final project delivery. Isabela Cristina Queiroz Silva

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Paulista (2018), postgraduate degree in Higher Education Teaching from FABEC and master's degree in "Structures and civil construction", in the research line "Management, technology and sustainability in civil construction", from Universidade Federal de Catalão. Scholarship holder from FAPEG. Professor at Unialfa (GO). Has experience in budgeting, descriptive and calculation memorials, inspection of public works, analysis of professional technical collection for biddings, as well as monitoring technical visits, execution of civil works, sustainable constructions and sanitation. Has developed work in the area of civil construction materials, sustainability, sustainable concrete and machine learning.
