FADISP, an institution belonging to ALFA EDUCAÇÃO, and the Judicial School of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (EJUG) celebrated the graduation ceremony of the first class of the Master's Program in Social Function of Law, conducted through the Interinstitutional Master's Program (MINTER). The ceremony took place in the Auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO).
The ceremony marked the graduation of 35 new masters, a group composed of magistrates and employees of the Goiás Judiciary. More than an individual academic achievement, the graduation of the class represents an institutional advancement in the qualification of professionals who work directly in the Goiás justice system.
Resulting from a partnership between FADISP and EJUG, MINTER was developed with a focus on academic training, scientific production, and deepening debates related to the social function of Law. The initiative reinforces the importance of bringing higher education, research, and legal practice closer together, especially in contexts involving the work of the Judiciary.

Throughout their academic journey, participants had the opportunity to deepen their studies on legal topics relevant to society and institutional performance. The training of masters-level judges and civil servants contributes to expanding their capacity for analysis, research, knowledge management, and proposing solutions to the challenges faced by the justice system.
The graduation of the first class also highlights the role of postgraduate studies (stricto sensu) in qualifying professionals who already work in strategic positions. By combining practical experience and academic production, the master's program strengthens the development of a more critical, technical, and socially committed legal practice.
The ceremony brought together representatives from ALFA EDUCAÇÃO, FADISP, TJGO, and EJUG.
The head table included representatives from the José Alves Group, ALFA EDUCAÇÃO, FADISP, TJGO, and EJUG. Participants included José Alves Filho, President of the José Alves Group; Prof. Dr. Thiago Lopes Matsushita, Rector of UNIALFA and FADISP and Superintendent Director of ALFA EDUCAÇÃO; Prof. Dr. Lauro Ishikawa, Director of Operations at ALFA EDUCAÇÃO; and Prof. Dr. Eduardo Arruda Alvim, Coordinator of MINTER and Professor in the Master's and Doctoral Programs at FADISP.
Also present at the table were Judge Rozana Camapum, representing the Presidency of the TJGO; Judge Sirlei Martins da Costa, representing the Board of Directors of EJUG; Dr. Ricardo Luiz Nicoli, Pedagogical Coordinator of EJUG and Professor of the Master's Program in Law at UNIALFA; and Professor Dr. Elka Cândida, Director of Postgraduate Studies at EJUG.
The presence of partner institutions reinforced the academic and institutional character of the ceremony, in addition to highlighting the graduates' journey and the joint commitment to continuing education in the legal field.
