THE Internship and Complementary Activities Center from the Alves Faria University Center – UNIALFA maintains a registry of opportunities offered by the main employing companies, enabling internship and job opportunities. To this end, the center develops activities such as: meetings with HR professionals, Career and Recruitment Fair, workshops, lectures and round tables. The student has access to job offers via email (registered by internship@www.unialfa.com.br), on the opportunities board and through dissemination by Aluno Online. The Center is also responsible for receiving and launching the complementary activities, sent by the student portal at the following link: academico.alfa.br
Objectives
Created for promote access of the institution's students vacancies in the job market, the Internship and Complementary Activities Center works to capture and publicize opportunities. In addition to ensuring the School-Company relationship, it is responsible for register documents and certificates relating to internships and complementary activities, necessary for the students’ training.
Main Activities
- Internship documentation and complementary activities – Guide students and companies to complete mandatory and extracurricular internships. Receive proof of complementary activities (copy and original);
- Job boards – Publicize internship, trainee and permanent positions offered by companies and integration agents. Publicity is done on the institution’s notice boards, by sending emails and through Aluno Online;
- Statistical data – Collect and monitor relevant data, such as grants/assistance for interns, services provided and active internships by course;
- Meeting with HR professionals – Companies schedule their selection processes, indicating the prerequisites that meet their needs;
- Career and Recruitment Fair – Intended for undergraduate students seeking internship, trainee and permanent placement programs;
- Activities with companies and integration agents ? Lectures and workshops promoted with external partners;
- Career in Focus – Workshops, debates, round tables and lectures to train students, held every 15 days (from 6pm to 7pm).
