On October 31st and November 1st, students from the Professional Master's Program in Administration (MPA) at UNIALFA participated in the Field Insight Program, a course that promotes immersive experiences in business environments, bridging the gap between theory and practice in the training of leaders and managers.
On Friday, the group visited VITAMEDIC, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Brazil, headquartered in Anápolis (GO). With over 45 years of experience and part of the JOSÉ ALVES GROUP, the company is a benchmark in innovation, quality, and people management. During the immersion, the master's students learned about the production processes, the governance model, and the leadership practices that underpin the company's growth.

On Saturday, the experience continued at the Assunção Vem de Vinho Winery, located in Pirenópolis (GO). A pioneer in the production of fine grapes in the Cerrado region, the winery stood out for its entrepreneurial and sustainable management, combining tradition, technology and appreciation of the local territory.
The Field Insight Program is a unique UNIALFA initiative that connects academic learning to real-world market dynamics, offering students strategic experience in management, innovation, and leadership in organizations across various sectors.
Through these experiences, UNIALFA's MPA program reaffirms its commitment to training professionals capable of transforming knowledge into results and vision into impact.
