Yesterday, 10/14, at a meeting at the Center for Psychological Studies, Research and Practices (NEP), Ellen Barros, a graduate of the Professional Master's in Administration at UNIALFA and a civil engineer by training, spoke with UNIALFA leaders about her dissertation work that emphasizes the operational management of works using Power BI, a tool generally used in the tactical management of companies.

For Ellen, the master's degree complemented the technical part of engineering, “this management part is very necessary for the training of a civil engineer, I feel more capable and more confident in managing a large project and the course filled some gaps that the undergraduate degree left”.

The meeting was attended by the coordinators of the engineering course, Fabrício Nascimento and Isabella Cristina, the coordinator of the Professional Master's in Administration, Pedro Henrique Sousa, the coordinator of the Psychology course and supervisor of the master's work, Herica Landi de Brito, the marketing manager, Gustavo Camozzi and the marketing director, Caio Vieira.

The technical and technological work of the research seeks solutions that aim to improve management and decision-making in the construction sector. During the event, possibilities for disseminating the MPA among engineering professionals were also discussed.
