The UNIALFA Choir began in June 2002 with the aim of fostering artistic culture and promoting greater integration among students, alumni, staff and teachers. Maintained by the institution itself, the choir is conducted by maestro Sérgio Luís Lopes and is always open to new members. Singing lessons take place every Wednesday and Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:40 p.m., in room 202 in block C of the Perimetral Unit.

In addition to the relaxation provided by singing lessons, other benefits can also be achieved, such as improved self-esteem, body posture, pitch and diction. Thus, the UNIALFA Choir is ideal for people who use their voice as a work tool, such as teachers, journalists, announcers, telephone operators, etc.

The UNIALFA Choir has already performed at several events and locations, such as: City Council, Legislative Assembly, Pensar XXI, Shopping Malls, SESC, at UNIALFA itself.

A scholarship is offered 10% in the amount of the monthly fee for students of the institution, as long as they do not have any other type of benefit. If the student achieves an average greater than or equal to 8.0 at the end of the semester, he/she may request an additional 5% scholarship, totaling 15%.

The benefit will be renewed every semester, with the same procedure as the period, and the discount is not valid for the first installment (enrollment). To continue receiving the benefit, the student must pay their monthly fees by the 6th of each month (1st due date). After this date, the student loses the benefit for the month.
