Yesterday, 12/03, UNIALFA held an event at the Perimetral unit to present the final projects of the students of the School Psychology discipline, of the Psychology course. This initiative aimed to provide students with a practical experience of the school reality, contributing to the educational and social development of the community.
The project involved 95 students, organized into 17 groups, who worked in 6 state schools in the Northwest and Mendanha regions, directly impacting 500 high school students. The activities carried out included: Practical tools for emotional control; Pedagogical tips and strategies aimed at ENEM 2024; Professional guidance and career planning workshops; Encouragement of the construction of life projects; Psychoeducational motivation activities; Guidance on university admissions. In addition to strengthening UNIALFA's social role, the initiative helped to emotionally prepare 3rd grade students for the challenges of ENEM, while strengthening ties between the university and the public education system.
The best works presented during the event were evaluated by a committee of teachers, coordinators and representatives of the Education Department (Seduc), with the aim of recognizing the highlights and planning new actions for 2025. The project also reaffirmed UNIALFA's commitment to public education and the training of professionals capable of meeting the demands of society.
