The course of Pedagogy from the UNIALFA trains entrepreneurial professionals committed to quality of education and teaching-learning processes in school and non-school environments. In addition to a pedagogical project aligned with the market, the institution has teachers with renowned experience academic and professional. The UNIALFA course has emphasis on teaching and educational management and proposes to train a professional qualified to work in the planning, management and development of educational projects. Pedagogy professionals trained by UNIALFA have several career possibilities, such as:

Pedagogy graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, Psychopedagogy graduate from FABEC, Higher Education Teaching graduate from UNIALFA and FABEC, and MBA in Human Resources Management graduate from Estácio de Sá. Master's degree in Regional Development from UNIALFA. She is currently the coordinator of High School at Colégio Einstein and a professor of Pedagogy at Centro Universitário Alves Faria. She has experience as a teacher and manager in Basic Education and Higher Education, and Postgraduate studies as a teacher.
