Course Objective

A professional who acts as a leader in the educational institution, knowledgeable about public educational policies and administrative, pedagogical, financial and strategic aspects, responsible for managing the teaching team and preparing the planning, curriculum and good educational projects, active in preventing and resolving conflicts and intervening in situations of school failure, structural prejudices, bullying and learning difficulties, acting as an intermediary between school and family.

Pedagogy graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, Psychopedagogy graduate from FABEC, Higher Education Teaching graduate from UNIALFA and FABEC, and MBA in Human Resources Management graduate from Estácio de Sá. Master's degree in Regional Development from UNIALFA. She is currently the coordinator of High School at Colégio Einstein and a professor of Pedagogy at Centro Universitário Alves Faria.
