Aiming to meet the social and professional needs of people who are living with new conceptions of the world, society and human beings, the Higher Education Course in Human Resources Management was proposed. 

The development of commercial activity generated a new spatial distribution of the population, accelerated the process of urban development, created new consumption habits, giving rise to new networks of interest, new opportunities and, consequently, new needs in terms of professional qualification of higher-level personnel.

It is in this scenario that UNIALFA positions itself in an innovative way, seeking to offer the professional training required by emerging needs by implementing this Technology Course in Human Resources Management.

  • Plans and manages people management systems, such as recruitment and selection, positions and salaries, training and development, personnel routines and benefits;
  • Develops career plans; 
  • Promotes the development of individual behavior (motivation), group behavior (negotiation, leadership, power and conflicts) and organizational behavior (culture, structure and technologies);
  • Plans quality of life programs at work; 
  • Specifies and manages performance evaluation systems for the organization's employees;
  • Assesses the need to hire new employees;
  • Evaluates and issues technical opinions in his/her area of training.

  • Provide students with higher education, specific to the area, which enables them to enter the job market in activities inherent to their professional area;
  • Enable the learning of essential knowledge for the exercise of the profession of Technologist in HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT;
  • Enable professionals who already work in the area to acquire knowledge and permanent professional updating
  • Provide activities characterized by the planning, operation, control and evaluation of processes that refer to practices in the area of Human Resources Management; 
  • Invest in the use of educational technologies that refer students to continuous changes in areas of activity;
  • Guide the student on updates regarding the market, technological improvements and legal aspects;
  • Provide students with updates on computer applications inherent to the Human Resources Management technology course.
