The UNIALFA alumni monitoring program (PROAE) aims to strengthen the relationship between the institution and its former undergraduate and postgraduate students and encourage them to maintain their ties with the institution, keeping their addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails and professional ties up to date.

As an employee, I am very proud to have graduated in Administration from UNIALFA and then to have been able to do an MBA in Industrial Management. When I remember all the sacrifice and dedication I was able to offer for my education, what comes to mind is the gratitude I have for this opportunity. I remember that on the day of the graduation ceremony my name was called to be one of the outstanding students of the course and I was very honored, and later when the gallery of outstanding students was created, I was very emotional to see my name on that wall and I was able to bring my two daughters, Giovana and Rafaela, one weekend and show them that anything is possible if we make an effort and fight for what we want. I'm Edirene, I started at UNIALFA as a collaborator when my youngest son was just 11 months old. Today he is already 11 years old and I have a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Psychological Assessment, a course I always dreamed of taking, and UNIALFA gave me the opportunity to make this dream come true. I am very grateful for the opportunity to make this dream come true, but also to be able to give the best to my family by working here, developing my work and growing alongside this Educational Institution that teaches me so much. Éder Júlio da Mota Nascimento – Gerente de Controladoria e Finanças. Às vezes o que é preciso é apenas uma porta de entrada, eu tive minha porta aberta de entrada na UNIALFA em maio de 2006, oportunidade dada pelo meu primeiro gestor na UNIALFA, Fernando Silva de Morais. Gestor esse que cito o seu nome com um enorme orgulho, orgulho de ter sido um de seus liderados e que posteriormente veio a ser um grande amigo e irmão de vida, hoje não mais conosco, mas que será sempre lembrado com muito carinho. Fernando, meu muito obrigado!
At that time, even without much experience, or almost none, so to speak, Fernando trusted me and even with some points of concern highlighted by the recruitment team at the time, he took the risk and hired me for the position of Infrastructure Assistant (audio and visual support). “That was the gateway I needed”, from then on there were several promotions in a row. From my academic beginnings in 2008-1, when I enrolled in Accounting Sciences and was invited by the Accounting Manager to be part of his team, I went through all the existing functions until I was transferred to the Financial team.
As a financial supervisor, I started my first postgraduate course, which has already propelled me towards a new challenge. Yes, the time has come to take on new responsibilities. At this moment, I had the opportunity to get the job I had always dreamed of, which for many seemed impossible: Controller and Finance Manager. I recently completed my second postgraduate course. It is important to emphasize that all my professional goals have always been linked to my studies and with dedication and commitment. I once again emphasize the importance of studies. Take advantage of opportunities and tirelessly pursue your goals. To conclude, in one word: “gratitude.” Thank you UNIALFA!
Giovanna Fernandes dos Reis
Meu nome é Giovanna, sou assistente de secretaria desde maio de 2022, mas minha história com a UNIALFA teve início em 2018/2. No ano de 2018 iniciei minha graduação em Direito, que na época era coordenada pela Bebel. Fui muito acolhida e bem orientada pela coordenação que ia na sala de aula conhecer os alunos de perto, e professores que sempre ensinavam lições de vida, em vez de somente teoria.
I completed my degree in 2023/2 with flying colors and I am very grateful for each event, each class, learning experience and bonds of friendship that the institution provided me. With UNIALFA I became not only a capable and mature person professionally, but also fulfilled in my personal life.
Heverton Eustaquio Pinto
I enrolled at UNIALFA in 2007 to study Economics. I had excellent economics professors, which made me think about the possibility of pursuing my education in higher education (teaching). I was an intern with Professor Aurélio Troncoso at CEPEM-ALFA (Center for Economic and Market Research) in 2008/2009. Today I am a professor here at UNIALFA.
Hudson Lucas Aleixo
I am Hudson Lucas, and I joined the institution in 2009 in the Administration course. In my first period, I had the opportunity to participate in a selection process for an intern at the Library. I was accepted and was very happy with the hiring. When I realized that the IES offered scholarships for employees, I was hired as a CLT employee at the first opportunity. This helped me a lot to complete my course. In 2014, I participated in a selection process for the Internship Unit Manager, my first leadership position. In 2015, when I held a leadership position, I was missing something to improve my technical and behavioral skills. My manager at the time (Professor Itla) encouraged me to start an MBA in People Management. In 2019, I was promoted to the Internship and Research Supervision Position at UNIALFA. I received several honors and awards during the period that I led and ran the department.
The year 2022 was challenging. I was invited by the Commercial Manager (André Felipe) to supervise the commercial department for a period of 6 months. We were able to deliver a campaign with proposed and delivered goals. At the end of the year, with the competence I have in Customer Relations, I was again invited to take over the Relationship Center area, truly a challenge for anyone: an area that has contact with all students, always assisting and resolving academic demands and student support.
That same year, I started a new MBA in Project Management. Due to the proposals I was invited to, it led me to learn about the world of projects. Anyway, a little about my professional and academic history at UNIALFA, where I grew professionally and personally, and fulfilled all my personal and professional dreams. In these 14 years, 7 months and 5348 days, 764 weeks… I smiled and cried, I got things right and got things wrong. Now I'm here to tell you a little about my story at UNIALFA. Who knows, maybe I can start studying Psychology… The future belongs only to God. Thank you!

Iniciei na UNIALFA em 2012, já tinha formação em tecnólogo de RH mas queria muito continuar a estudar e expandir o conhecimento. Vi na UNIALFA a oportunidade de seguir ainda mais com o incentivo da bolsa de estudos. Iniciei o curso de Administração e conclui em 2018, mas ainda fiquei com o sentimento de que queria estudar mais. Mas não era uma pós que eu queria, então iniciei o curso de Psicologia em 2020, e estou completamente apaixonada pelo curso.

I have been working at the institution for 8 years. I started as a Human Resources Assistant and as soon as I started working, I immediately signed up for the entrance exam, because the scholarship was the opportunity I needed to study. I graduated in 2020 in the Psychology course. After completing the course, I was promoted to HR Analyst and am now finishing my specialization in Psychological Assessment at UNIALFA. So, I can only thank UNIALFA, which was the main foundation for my academic and professional life.
Nayla da Silva Moura Pires
I am Nayla Moura, a Psychology graduate and currently a collaborator at UNIALFA. Being part of this team today is a dream come true. Being alongside professionals who identify with what they do and with the institution's mission encourages us to grow and improve. Here I feel very motivated to seek more knowledge and meet more people to better serve in what I do. Since my training period, I have had a lot of support to participate in the many opportunities that the institution offers to students and within the Psychology course, the excellent work of the Coordinator Herica Landi, always bringing critical thinking, creativity and commitment, made all the difference! Now as my manager, I can say that it is a privilege. Since I was a Rector, I have felt well supported and welcomed here. This inspires excellence and I am very grateful to God for the opportunity to join and contribute to the team.

My name is Renan, and my journey at UNIALFA is a story of gratitude and recognition. I started working at UNIALFA as a young apprentice and, after completing my time in that role, I made the best decision of my life, studying Administration with the goal of applying all my knowledge in my workplace. I had the opportunity to continue as an intern, where I learned a lot and delved deeper into the internal workings of the institution. I was soon promoted to Administrative Assistant and, later, to Administrative Assistant, always seeking to improve my skills and competencies.
My graduation in Business Administration was an exciting milestone, and UNIALFA recognized my competence by offering me the position of Analyst, where I apply the knowledge I acquired. My story is a celebration of the gratitude I feel for each opportunity, for the recognition and for the confidence in my competence. Olá, Sou Rafael Silva, bacharel em direito pela UNIALFA. Ingressei na IES em 2015, enquanto colaborador temporário, rapidamente fui efetivado e na sequência promovido. Durante o período de formação acadêmica (2018 – 2023) tive acesso a bolsa de estudos UNIALFA, no percentual de 80% de desconto, fato determinante para manter-me matriculado. Hoje, graduado pela segunda vez e permanecendo na UNIALFA enquanto colaborador, penso na especialização.
Thais Victory Moreira Birth
I started my journey at UNIALFA in 2020, as a Controller Intern, where I stayed for a year. After completing one year, a vacancy for Human Resources Assistant came up, which I saw as a great opportunity and even though I was very afraid, I saw it and embraced it as an opportunity for growth within the institution.
After starting in the Human Resources Department, after 6 months in the area, I was promoted to Human Resources Analyst in February 2022. I have been here for a total of 3 years and with each passing year I feel more grateful to the institution, to my coworkers and to the supervisors and managers I had during my career, who embraced me and gave me all the necessary knowledge so that I could carry out my activities.

Teaching, Research and Extension Congress
The group of graduates was present at the 5th Teaching, Research and Extension Congress, at the invitation of Psychology course coordinator, Hérica Landi, where we had the opportunity to participate as listeners in the “Conversation with Graduates” and start the relationship, considering that it was an excellent initiative, since the project proposal was very well received by the graduates present at the event.
Graduate Survey
In constant update, we are sending a questionnaire to the graduates of the institution, with the objective of analyzing and verifying what stage our graduate is at, as well as their accessibility. Continuing the project, individual contact via WhatsApp (62) 99978-5129, It is also carried out to strengthen ties.
1st Alumni Meeting
On May 25th, UNIALFA's 1st Graduates' Ceremony took place at the institution's event space (ALFA 1) and featured a warm welcome, gifts, speeches by representatives of ALFA Education, a lecture and a buffet. In addition to coordinators, teachers and technical staff, 81 graduates participated in the event.
For Edirene Severino, head of the Graduates’ Center, it was a meeting that allowed for very important discussions on the topic of “career”, and was also a unique moment to network, catch up with friends and remember memorable moments. “The relationship with graduates is an ongoing process of encouraging participation, interaction and connection with the HEI. This moment is an opportunity for us to update ourselves on where our graduates are professionally and what their expectations are regarding their education”, she explained.

Foi realizado, no dia 07 de março, o II Encontro com Egressos do Mestrado Profissional em Administração (MPA), do Centro Universitário Alves Faria. No evento, houve momentos de interação entre ex-alunos do programa, assim como a entrega dos “Prêmios Destaques Profissionais” and “Prêmios Dissertações Destaques”.Os alunos egressos vencedores dos prêmios, os quais lhes parabenizamos, foram:

Contamos também com a palestra do professor Dr. Marcos Severo, que é docente of mestrado e doutorado em Administração da Universidade Federal de Goiás; épós-doutor em Econometria de Séries Temporais pela San Diego StateUniversity (2024), em Estatística (2022) e em Análise de Dados (2021) pela Universidade de São Paulo; é coordenador de projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento tecnológico em inteligência thertificial, ciência de dados e marketing thenalytics, cujas pesquisas já foram publicadas em periódicos de alto impacto internacionais, como o JournaloftheAcademyof Marketing Science, Industrial Marketing Management e Journalof Business Research. A palestra teve como tema “IA e Marketing de mãos dadas: Experiências nacionais e internacionais de uso e impacto da Inteligência Artificial”.
Também foi lançado o Programa Alumni, que visa manter o contato contínuo com os egressos, de modo a obter dados atualizados, além de permitir o compartilhamento de informações e divulgação de benefícios exclusivos.
THEII Encontro com Egressos MPA foi um marco institucional, em que reencontramos ex-alunos, ouvimos suas trajetórias pós conclusão do mestrado e reconhecemos egressos destaques acadêmicos e profissionais.
