According to Sinvaldo, the data presented regarding the research carried out during the master's degree focused on evaluating the effects of financial and non-financial rewards on the motivation and satisfaction of employees at a financial institution.
This investigation sought to understand how different types of rewards influence engagement, motivation and satisfaction in the workplace, especially within the context of a financial institution.
