To train professionals to work efficiently in teaching or managing courses in Youth and Adult Education, in a critical-reflective stance, which allows them to meet the specificities of this teaching modality, in order to maximize all available resources to promote student learning.

Professionals specializing in education in the field of Youth and Adult Education in the context of diversity, contributing to the democratic, participatory and socially responsible implementation of educational programs and projects. They are also responsible for identifying, in democratic management, tools that enable the development of strategies, control and organization of EJA in the context of diversity in its different forms of provision.
