The Short Course in Production Planning, Programming and Control enables full knowledge of the PPCP specialist techniques and tools that are fundamental factors in guaranteeing results in terms of production volume, revenue, and meeting legal demands and the challenges of operational excellence.

 

The Short Course in Production Planning, Programming and Control has a technical profile focused on the sciences of Production Engineering and Administration. Thus, we characterize 100% as this course dedicated exclusively to the disciplines of these technical areas, which typifies it as a great opportunity for technical development and learning of methods and tools necessary for the day-to-day practice of organizations.

 

Course Objectives

  • Train professionals to develop tools, methods and methodologies for managing Production Engineering activities for Industry 4.0, agribusiness operations and demands from other manufacturing segments in general, promoting full knowledge of the tools and methodological strategies for eliminating losses, initiatives to reduce costs, anticipate failures, increase availability and guarantee operational reliability, reduce human intervention in production tasks and support areas.
  • The subjects offered in the curriculum are aimed at learning advanced tools and techniques for production management and operational excellence focused on Industry 4.0, aiming to optimize the use of manufacturing resources, offering technical and behavioral subsidies for the specialization of professionals who work or wish to work in the PPCP area, aiming at the safety and effectiveness of systems, with the integration of technological foundations and their applications to optimize results through Lean Manufacturing thinking.

What will I be able to do after completing this course?

At the end of the course, the student/professional will be able to work in operational, management, advisory and consultancy activities of the management model applied to the PPCP and the tools related to the activities that permeate the areas of support for industrial manufacturing and the concepts of Industry 4.0.

Prof. AILTON CARDOSO DOS SANTOS

Graduated in Logistics with an MBA in Strategic Management and Planning from FATEC Curitiba; Graduated in Business Management from UNIGOIAS-ANHANGUERA. Professional with 25 years of experience as a manager in the areas of services, transportation and multimodality, inventory and supply management, logistics costs, freight, industrial operations, and teaching experience in MBA courses at SENAI, FACUNICAMPS, FASAM, INPRO in the MBA courses in LOGISTICS and MBA in Production Management and technical courses at SEST/SENAT. He worked as a Maintenance and Transportation Logistics Manager in companies such as Lafarge Brass Roofing, Mabel Alimentos, Minerva Foods, Caoa, Laticínios Manacá, Novo Mundo, Lag Express, and is currently a managing partner at Centro Oeste Negócios e Soluções.

Prof. AILTON CARDOSO DOS SANTOS

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from UFRN and Master in Chemical Process Development from UFSCar. Career path developed as an executive in process management, people and integrated management systems (EHS) for over 25 years in large companies in the beverage, food, agriculture, health services and logistics segments. In addition, he worked as an organizational consultant at Falconi and independently. Member of the advisory board and mentor in the management and leadership path at FRST Falconi. Experience as an executive professor in the MBA Administration (Operations Management) - FGV Brasília. He is currently Corporate Manager of Organizational Development at Grupo José Alves.

Prof. MARCOS TADEU MENDONCA

Graduated in Economics from PUC/SP; with an MBA in Business Management (TREVISAN) and an MBA in Business Logistics with a focus on Production and Distribution (IPOG). Has over 15 years of experience in middle and senior management positions in the areas of Logistics and Administration/Financial. He has worked in several companies such as Grupo Imperial, Schincariol, Construtora Terra Santa. He is currently the Supply Director of COMING Comércio de Couros.

Prof. Me. INGRID LUCY KLEIN

Master in Political Science from UFG and graduate of the Master Business in Economics-Foreign Trade from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (MBE-ECEX/UFRJ). Bachelor in International Relations from PUC-GO. Worked with export and import operations in air, rail, road and sea modes; logistics feasibility projects for various cargo profiles for large industrial companies such as Lear Corporation, L'Oréal, General Electric, SCHOTT, CaterPillar, among others). Held the positions of operations manager and supervisor at Deutsche Bahn Schenker and, previously, was responsible for sea imports at CEVA Logistics in Rio de Janeiro.

PMO Leader at ZG Soluções, MBA Coordinator at Unialfa, Past-President and Director of Administration and Finance at PMI Goiás (Chapter Goiânia, Goiás Brazil of the Project Management Institute) and General Coordinator of the National Integration of the Brazilian Chapters of PMI - Gestão 2022. She has 12 years of experience in project management. Also acting as a speaker, consultant, teacher, instructor and coach. She has the following certifications: PMP, DASSM, PMO-CP, PMO-AF and PMO-AP. She is part of the PMI Goiás, MulheresGO (Co-founder), StartupGO and Elas Projetam communities.
