Graduated in Administration from UNIFATEB; Specialist in Organizational Behavior and People Management from ESAB/FABEL; MBA in Production Management from UTFPR; Master's degree in Administration from UNIALFA, he has worked for large companies such as Klabin, Schincariol, Brasil Kirin, Heineken, and is currently Corporate Manager of Industrial Production Control at Grupo José Alves.
Prof. MIGUEL COSTA
Graduated in Marketing and Finance from PUC/RJ, Bachelor in Administration and Accounting from UFRJ. Executive with 35 years of experience in national and multinational companies such as Gillette, Esso and Coca-Cola where he worked in the areas of Planning, Marketing, Finance and Logistics. Has 20 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Governance, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Project Management and Process Management. Currently is Corporate Manager of Strategic Projects Controllership at Grupo José Alves.
Prof. MICHELINE FERREIRA
Graduated in Chemistry (Bachelor's Degree) from UFMT, Executive MBA in Business Strategy from FGV; graduated in Soft Drink and Beer Technology from SENAI-RJ, TPM Instructor from Solving Éfeso and Green Belt from Nova Lima. Extensive experience in several continuous improvement projects focused on increasing productivity, cost reductions and start-up of industrial plants and new products. Executive with over 28 years of experience in the areas of Management, Continuous Improvement and Quality in large national and multinational companies of consumer goods in the food segment and hygiene and cleaning products, such as Ype - Química Amparo, Ambev and Kraft Heinz.
Prof. JOICE MACIEL
Graduated in Industrial Chemistry and Specialist in Industrial Chemical Processes from FATEC SENAI Roberto Mange. Specialist in Production Engineering from UniEvangélica, and Specialist in Human Development for Managers from FGV. She has over 13 years of professional experience working in the areas of Industrial Production, People & Management in companies such as Ambev, Ypê Química Amparo, Kraft Heinz, and Piracanjuba.
