Has extensive experience in planning, executing and managing organizational transformation projects, both nationally and internationally. Mechanical Production Engineer from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Occupational Safety Engineer (CREA-CE) and MBA in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
