UNIALFA's Psychology course holds a new edition of the Social Skills Promotion Group.

This activity is intended for Psychology students and will take place at the Bueno and Perimetral campuses.

The Psychology course at UNIALFA invites its students to participate in another edition of the Social Skills Promotion Group, an activity focused on developing important skills for coexistence, communication, and interaction in different social contexts.

Social skills are a set of behaviors that help people deal with social situations in a more appropriate, respectful, and effective way. In academic and professional environments, these skills are fundamental for listening, dialogue, teamwork, and building healthier interpersonal relationships.

Personal development and professional training

The group aims to promote and develop skills geared towards more effective social interaction. The activity is intended for students of the Psychology course at UNIALFA who wish to improve their social skills and strengthen aspects important for their academic training and future professional practice.

The workshop will be led by Professor Dr. Maria Virgínia de Carvalho, the psychologist responsible for the group, registered with the CRP 09/2187.

At the Bueno Unit, activities will begin this Monday, August 31, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, every Monday. To participate, simply go to room 107 on the first day of the group session.
