UNIALFA Psychology Course promotes 6th Exhibition with debate on professional practice and job market.

On January 8th, the Psychology course at UNIALFA held the VI Exhibition of Psychology and Institutional Analysis: Organizational and Work Psychology, in the Auditorium of the Bueno Unit. The event brought together students from the course and people interested in the area, promoting a space for dialogue about the possibilities of professional practice and contemporary perspectives of Psychology.

With the theme "Psychology: possibilities for action and perspectives of the area," the Exhibition aimed to broaden participants' understanding of the field of Organizational and Work Psychology, highlighting the challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities for professional insertion in different institutional contexts.

The activity was conducted in a round-table discussion format, encouraging the exchange of experiences, reflections, and questions between students and the audience. The initiative stimulated the active participation of students, contributing to the development of a critical and broader view of the psychologist's role in organizations and the world of work.

The event was coordinated by Professor Herica Landi, PhD, coordinator of the Psychology course at UNIALFA and responsible for organizing the Exhibition, and featured guest speaker Cristiano, who shared experiences and reflections related to professional practice, enriching the debate and bridging the gap between academic training and the realities of the job market.

By promoting activities such as the 6th Psychology and Institutional Analysis Exhibition, UNIALFA reaffirms its commitment to academic excellence, which articulates theory and practice, stimulates critical thinking, and strengthens students' preparation for the different fields of work in Psychology.
