UNIALFA's Psychology course is hosting a workshop on anxiety in learning.

The Psychology course at UNIALFA is now accepting registrations for the online workshop "Anxiety in Learning: how to identify it? how to deal with it?", an initiative aimed at students interested in better understanding the impacts of anxiety on the learning process.

The activity will be led by Professor Valéria Marques, a psychologist and lecturer on the course, and aims to present fundamental concepts about anxiety in the educational context, as well as discuss practical and healthy strategies for dealing with emotional challenges related to studying.

During the workshop, topics such as identifying anxiety in learning, differentiating between its types and effects on student behavior will be addressed, as well as guidance on developing strategies that contribute to a more balanced learning process.

The meetings will be held online, via the Google Meet platform, with limited spaces for 12 participants per group, fostering an environment of dialogue and closer monitoring.

The workshops will take place on the following dates: March 18, April 15, May 20, and June 17, always from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Those interested can choose only one of the available dates.

Registration must be done through the online form (workshop exclusively for students of the Psychology course at UNIALFA):
