
UNIALFA Nutrition students, supervised by Prof. Pedro Henrique Duarte, carried out an extension activity at Recanto Dom Orione, as part of the Nutrition and Dietetics I course.
Together with the elderly, they prepared a healthy brigadeiro, promoting a moment of connection, exchange of experiences and encouragement of a balanced diet.
After the activity, the students continued with individual nutritional monitoring, assessing their health status and proposing improvements.
