
ALFA EDUCAÇÃO held its Academic and Administrative Convention 2026/2 this Monday, August 10th, bringing together faculty and administrative staff for a moment of integration, alignment, and preparation for the start of the new academic semester.
The program marked the conclusion of planning activities carried out in the previous days and reinforced the institution's commitment to academic organization, the quality of processes, and welcoming students. This Tuesday, August 11th, the institution welcomes more than 6,000 students to the Perimetral, T-1, and Mutirão campuses for the start of classes for the 2026/2 semester.
Alignment for the new semester
The event was led by Prof. Dr. Thiago Matsushita, Rector of UNIALFA and FADISP and Superintendent Director of ALFA EDUCAÇÃO, who presented the main projects, perspectives, and institutional guidelines for the new semester.
During his speech, the rector highlighted the importance of integrated work between academic and administrative areas to guarantee a quality experience for students. The meeting also reinforced the role of each team in building an organized, welcoming semester aligned with the institution's objectives.
The convention also featured the presence of Nelson de Carvalho Filho, in a moment that highlighted the institution's trajectory and commitment to higher education.
Communication and professional recognition
The program also featured a keynote lecture on Communication, given by Thais Guedes from ITG. The presentation offered insights into the importance of communication in professional relationships, team integration, and strengthening institutional culture.
Another highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Outstanding Professor and Outstanding Collaborator 2026/1 awards. The tribute recognized professionals who stood out for their commitment, dedication, and contribution to the institution's development during the first semester.
The initiative highlighted the work done daily by teachers and staff, reinforcing the importance of people in building the academic, administrative, and institutional results of ALFA EDUCAÇÃO.
