
Between October 31st and November 1st, the ALFA EDUCAÇÃO Law School held the Congress of the Study Group “Criminal Sciences in Debate”, with the theme “Innovative Perspectives and Current Challenges of Criminal Sciences.”

The event brought together students, professors, and legal professionals for two days of intense learning and discussion on fundamental topics in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Criminology, with the goal of promoting a critical and up-to-date perspective on the transformations in the legal field in Brazil.
Among the guests, Public Prosecutor Danni Salles was one of the highlights of the congress, which featured reflections on the contemporary challenges of the criminal justice system and the ethical role of the jurist in today's society.
During the congress, lectures, panels, and debates encouraged participants to rethink practices, understand new paradigms, and reflect on the social impact of criminal sciences.
More than just an academic event, "Criminal Sciences in Debate" reaffirmed UNIALFA's commitment to training prepared, critical professionals who are aware of their transformative role in society.
At the close of the event, the Law School highlighted the success of the initiative and thanked all the participants who contributed to making the meeting a true space for the exchange of knowledge, ethics, and legal innovation.
