UNIALFA held another edition of Conecta+ this Thursday (October 30th), a program that integrates knowledge, well-being, and personal development for students. The meeting took place at the Perimetral Unit and had the theme "How to deal with anxiety in the academic environment".
The lecture was led by Jonathas da Silva and addressed practical strategies for recognizing and managing anxiety during university life, one of the most common challenges among students.
Conecta+ is an initiative that seeks to strengthen the emotional balance and self-awareness of students, promoting a space for dialogue on topics that directly impact academic performance and collective well-being.
In addition to contributing to personal growth, participants will receive complementary hours, combining learning and human development in a meaningful experience.
With actions like this, UNIALFA reaffirms its commitment to a comprehensive, welcoming, and life-oriented education.
