On September 16th and 17th, UNIALFA held another edition of Conecta+, a program focused on student integration and development. The meetings took place at the Bueno Mutirão (Tuesday) and Perimetral (Wednesday) campuses, bringing students together for practical and motivating discussions.
Taught by Cleuton Caetano, the lectures covered key topics such as academic planning, time management, and the importance of a balance between professional, personal, and social life. The aim was to provide tools to help university students deal with the daily challenges of undergraduate studies without sacrificing their well-being.
The Quality Management initiative promotes inspiration and motivation for students' futures, reinforcing that university life is also a space for developing socio-emotional skills valued by the job market.
