The Self-Assessment Committee (CPA) of UNIALFA – Centro Universitário Alves Faria is responsible for conducting the ongoing institutional self-assessment process, in accordance with the principles of the National System for the Evaluation of Higher Education (SINAES), established by Federal Law No. 10,861, of April 14, 2004.
The CPA operates autonomously and participatively, promoting a culture of continuous evaluation and contributing to the improvement of the academic, administrative, and social quality of the institution.
Institutional self-assessment aims to analyze the conditions of teaching, research, outreach, and management, identifying strengths and weaknesses. Based on this critical and participatory analysis, UNIALFA plans and implements continuous improvement actions. strengthening its academic quality and its social commitment.
Self-assessment at UNIALFA is understood as a formative, participatory, and strategic process that seeks to:
Consolidate UNIALFA’s social, scientific and cultural commitment;
To encourage the process of self-evaluation and self-criticism as fundamental elements for personal, collective, and institutional growth;
To guarantee quality in the development of teaching, research, and outreach;
To implement and strengthen a continuous process of institutional evaluation;
To plan and redirect institutional actions based on the results obtained;
To promote the development of an ongoing culture of evaluation;
To ensure an institutional culture based on diversity, dignity, and human rights.
The CPA conducts periodic evaluations involving:
Students
Teachers
Technical-administrative staff
Civil society
The data collected is analyzed in a technical and ethical manner, and consolidated into an Institutional Self-Assessment Report, a strategic document that supports institutional planning, the Institutional Development Plan (PDI), and academic and administrative decision-making.
The results of the self-assessment represent an important management tool, allowing for:
Correction of identified weaknesses;
Maintaining and strengthening potential;
Continuous improvement of institutional quality.

Master's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Jataí (UFJ), Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) and in Pedagogy from Faculdade Mauá, with a postgraduate degree in University Teaching and currently pursuing a degree in Administration at UNIALFA. She works as a professor in UNIALFA's on-campus undergraduate programs, especially in the Engineering fields, and as an Academic Quality Assurance Analyst, developing actions focused on monitoring institutional processes, academic performance indicators, and continuous improvement. She is a certified ISO 9001 internal auditor and a member of the ALFA Educação Quality Committee. As Coordinator of the Institutional Self-Assessment Committee (CPA), she is dedicated to strengthening the institutional assessment culture, articulating self-assessment, strategic planning, and academic management, focusing on excellence, inclusion, pedagogical innovation, and the consolidation of educational practices aligned with the guidelines of the National Higher Education Assessment System (SINAES).
