With the intention of promoting the qualification of employees, Coca-Cola REFRESCOS BANDEIRANTES and ALFA EDUCAÇÃO are developing a project, with the objective of offering in-company courses for the improvement of executive employees of companies in the José Alves Group.

On Tuesday, the 25th, the initiative's managers met to discuss the details of the demand. The intention is to deliver a personalized executive training course to maximize the results of the José Alves Group organization.

The meeting was attended by Aldo Fernandes, CEO of Coca-Cola REFRESCOS BANDEIRANTES; Pedro Ferreira, Human Resources Manager; Iyad Amado, Executive Education Director at ALFA EDUCAÇÃO EXECUTIVA; and Adriano Pila, Postgraduate Manager.

“At this first stage, we are talking to the managing directors to understand the company’s needs,” said the director of Executive Education at ALFA EDUCAÇÃO EXECUTIVA, Iyad Amado.
