Nutrition in practice: UNIALFA students experience Sustainable Cooking class

Students in their 5th and 6th semesters of the Nutrition course participated in a practical class on Sustainable Cooking, held in the course's laboratory and led by nutritionist professor Pedro Henrique Duarte. The activity was part of the Food and Nutrition Units course and focused on the integral use of food, including the utilization of all parts of the plant and food.

UNIALFA opens Nutrition Laboratory at the Perimetral Unit 

The UNIALFA Perimeter Unit inaugurated the Dietetics and Gastronomy Laboratory, a modern and functional space designed to bridge theory and practice, strengthening the training of Nutrition students. During the inauguration, students actively participated in the event, preparing an exclusive tasting with healthy recipes, such as avocado mousse, protein muffins, pizza, and more.
