THEME: Library Park: Development focused on cultural, educational, social and leisure

This work aimed to provide improvements to the insertion area, where the area needed to be valued, generating benefits and incentives for society. With the inclusion of the Vera Cruz I Park Library, it will have a large public facility, which assists in the educational, cultural and social development of users.
The Library Park brings great value to the population where it will be located, and it is not common to see equipment of this size in communities far from the city center, and these sectors need to have greater incentive from public bodies to build equipment that will be relevant to the life of each citizen.
The project, located on a 14,034.74 m² plot of land, has a built area of 8,223.32 m², with an environment that will provide users with ample spaces for reading and learning, with indoor spaces with plenty of vegetation, connecting them with the outside. The objective of this project is to bring improvements to the population through reading, new knowledge and to provide development for fulfillment in social life. Education makes human beings better, through learning, through culture and will provide the best for humanity.
