Students from the Business Administration course at UNIALFA – Unit T-1 held a Gastronomic Fair on Monday (November 17th), marked by creativity, professionalism, and business proposals focused on the food sector. The activity is part of the Marketing 2 – Marketing Plan course, taught by Professor Diego Jacob, and challenged students to transform theoretical concepts into real-world projects.
Throughout the fair, the teams presented their brands, products, and business models, encompassing visual identity, audience analysis, communication strategies, competitive advantages, and market positioning. The booths attracted attention not only for the variety of ideas but also for the maturity of their execution, demonstrating mastery of the content and entrepreneurial vision.
This initiative reinforces UNIALFA's commitment to providing real-world market experiences, stimulating entrepreneurship, research, and the development of creative solutions within the academic environment.
