In September, advertising and publicity students from UNIALFA participate in Sebrae Go! Jovem, a competition that encourages entrepreneurship, with activities that challenge and identify the most practical and innovative solutions for small businesses.

According to the Sebrae Goiás website, the project was responsible for +160 hours of training contributing to +20 digital transformation projects, with +350 entrepreneurs impacted and +145 participating municipalities. The project will also have awards for 1st place (business mission or notebook), 2nd (smartphone + Empretec or consultancy) and 3rd (tablet + Empretec or consultancy).

In the first challenge, participants had to create a short- and medium-term action plan. The spreadsheet-style document includes a series of actions that must be taken, and each stage of the project has a brief explanation of the action plan.

Marketing and advertising: a step-by-step guide to creating an action plan

In the Sebrae project there are nine stages: what to do (focus of the action), why do it (what can we gain?), where to do it (location of the action), who (responsible person), when (deadline), how (the way the resource will be applied), how much (cost involved), gain (return obtained) and, lastly, the completion status.

UNIALFA students developed an inbound marketing plan and included several phases: content line and calendar, content production and analysis, and finally, evaluation of the results generated. Students Daniel Augusto, Karyta Lorrayne, Thaís, and Ana actively participated in the project. The project also included chats with experts, production of a logbook, and hands-on workshops.
