Students in the 4th semester of the Nutrition course carried out a sensory analysis activity with autistic children and adolescents at Planeta ABA Autismo. They developed apple and banana fruit chips to work on food selectivity and evaluate the acceptance of the chips through a hedonic scale using facial expressions.
